Registrations are now open for the VICBiostat Summer School 2026
The four courses (with links to further details) are:
- Causal Inference with Hidden Confounding (Friday 13 Feb), led by Prof Eric Tchetgen Tchetgen of the University of Pennsylvania.
- Implementing the Estimand Framework in Clinical Trials (Monday 16 Feb), with local experts Dr Anneke Grobler, A/Prof Sabine Braat and team.
- Pairwise and Network Meta-analysis: Fundamentals and Beyond (Tues/Wed 17/18 Feb), featuring A/Prof Areti-Angeliki Veroniki of Brown University, Providence, USA, along with A/Prof Emily Karahalios, Dr Lizzie Korevaar, Rukshala Gunaratne and team.
- Cluster Randomised Trials: From Fundamentals to State-of-the-Art (Thur/Fri 19/20 Feb), led by Prof Andrew Forbes and Prof Jessica Kasza, with A/Prof Fan Li and A/Prof Tony Tong of Yale University School of Medicine, USA
Registration will close at 5pm the day prior to each event. Any requests for cancellations, refunds or change of name must be sent via email to vicbiostat@mcri.edu.au by this time.
Online attendance: We strongly encourage in-person attendance where possible to ensure that you have the best experience. If you need to attend online, the Zoom link will be provided to you at the time of booking.
