Dr Peter Lee

Research Fellow

Dr Peter Lee is a Research Fellow within the Health Economics and Simulation Modelling for Chronic Disease (HESC) Unit at the Centre for Health Policy, and the Methods and Implementation Support for Clinical and Health (MISCH) research hub. His research focuses on the health economics of cardiovascular disease and chronic conditions such as diabetes and COPD. Dr Lee has considerable expertise in conducting economic evaluations alongside clinical trials, developing decision analytic models for cost-effectiveness analyses, and assessing the burden of diseases. He has led projects that aimed to enhance health policy decision-making by incorporating health equity into economic evaluations and developing open-source economic models that can be rapidly adapted across various health conditions.
